SHIPPING & PICK-UP
Local customers can choose to come pick up their order from Capital Rehearsal Studios (250 City Centre, unit 202), instead of paying for shipping.
We arrange for pickups twice a week on Tuesday from 6PM until 9PM and on Sunday from 2PM until 6PM. Orders must be placed and paid in advance while selecting the Local Pickup option. Once your order is paid, we will confirm which day you would like to pick up your order. You must come pick up your order within 30 days of purchase or your order will be cancelled without refund.
We ship out packages twice a week, usually within 3 business days. We provide tracking information once the order is shipped. Below you will find estimated shipping times - please note that sometimes the package can be held up by customs while entering the destination country.
We currently ship within CANADA and to the UNITED STATES.
Within Canada: 2 weeks or less
USA: 3 weeks or less
All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government, are entirely separate from any shipping fees,and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
**Please note, packages CAN be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.**
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you received the wrong item or your item isn’t quite right, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email us to notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees. We do not charge any additional restocking fees on returned items.
We offer exchanges on item(s). If you realize that you need a different size or colour, please notify us within 1 week of receiving the item(s). Any additional shipping costs or duties for returning the item(s) and receiving the new item(s) must be covered by the purchaser.
To complete a refund or exchange, please ship the item(s) back to us unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and send us the tracking number of the returned parcel. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is unworn and unwashed, we will approve a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank you can usually expect to see the refund appear within 10 days.
We offer refunds on merchandise damaged in the post. If you receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. Please email us and follow the instructions for returns as stated above.
